Technical Leadership:

• Partner with the founder on the technical roadmap and architecture decisions
• Scale the platform from MVP to multi-tenant enterprise solution

Product Development:

• Refine and optimize existing codebase (Python/FastAPI backend, React/TypeScript frontend)
• Lead development of advanced AI features (proactive monitoring, AI-to-action workflows)
• Implement production-grade security, compliance (HIPAA), and performance optimization
• Architect scalable microservices and data infrastructure
• Oversee integration of clinical AI systems with vector databases

Strategic Execution:

• Partner with founder (clinical domain expert) on product strategy
• Translate clinical workflows into elegant technical solutions
• Guide technical due diligence for fundraising
• Present technical vision to investors, partners, and customers
• Advise on technical aspects of IP strategy and competitive positioning

Required:

• 7+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Deep expertise in Python, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, FastAPI (or similar), React/TypeScript
• Experience with AI/ML systems, particularly LLMs and vector databases
• Track record of building and scaling production systems
• Strong architectural thinking and system design capabilities
• Startup experience or demonstrated ability to move fast and execute
• Passion for healthcare and solving real-world clinical problems

Highly Desired:

• Healthcare technology experience (EHR, clinical systems, HIPAA compliance)
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
• Background in AI/ML applications in healthcare
